1. To develop the culture of hard work, discipline,
self-confidence, politeness, cooperation, decision-making,
supervision, clean and effective leadership qualities and
sense of service among the Police personnel.

impartiality and truthfulness among police personnel.

personnel in core policing and on various emerging topics.
4. To make various categories of police personnel
efficient in professional knowledge and to make them
mentally and physically fit for promotion.

To make the police personnel effective and efficient so that
they contribute positively towards the establishment of
peaceful atmosphere and stability in the society.
6. To inculcate sensitivity, empathy and respect for
human rights so that the police personnel act as the main
instrument for establishing society as envisaged in our
constitution and law.

officers and policemen for different courses in various
organizations / institutions.
(B). Conducting
courses approved by BRP& D and other organizations on
important / emerging topics.
